Connecting outputs to the motor control unit
The OUT1 and OUT2 outputs have three terminals. In idle state, there is an open dry contact between the NO and COM terminals, and a closed dry contact between the NC and COM terminals.
DUAL-OUTPUT control mode (configurable in the device settings in the app)
If the motor controller has two separate control inputs for opening and closing, select the dual-output option in the device settings in the mobile app. In this control mode, output OUT1 provides the momentary control contact for opening, and output OUT2 provides the momentary control contact for closing.
SINGLE-OUTPUT control mode (configurable in the app device settings)
If the motor controller has only one control input for opening and closing, select the single-output option in the device settings in the mobile app. In this control mode, output OUT1 provides the momentary control contact for both opening and closing, while output OUT2 remains activated at the same time on each control command for the time that can be set in the mobile application. Output OUT2 can be used for motor controllers that require a longer control signal to open/hold open, but it can also be suitable to control gate lighting.
