Key sharing
With key sharing, the Owner can distribute unique keys via e-mail, SMS, or even Messenger to anyone they want to grant access to open the gate.
How to create a new key

To create a new key, go to "Device Settings / Key management", then select "+ Create new device key".
During key sharing, the following details can be specified:

Key valid from – From when the User can open the gate

From when the User can open the gate – From when the User can open the gate

Number of usage – The key can be used once or an unlimited number of times

Email language – The language in which the invitation email will be sent to the User

Share (using the phone’s built-in features) – SMS, Messenger, etc.

Sharing via email – Click the "Add New Email" button to enter the new User's name and email address. The system will send an email containing the key. The provided email address will appear under the button with the status "Pending" until the system sends the email, after which it will change to "Sent."
Once all settings are correct, press the "Create and send" button to send the key.
Important! Every sent key is considered a separate User.
Key management
The list of users invited via key sharing can be found in the Key Management menu.
You can assign a unique name to each key (e.g., Temporary Tenant), revoke gate access with a single click, or even resend the key to additional email addresses.
How Can the User Use the Key?
If the Owner has sent the key via email, the User will receive an email containing two links.
The first link directs the User to a webpage where they can immediately open or close the gate. Additionally, they can view the assigned key name, the key's validity start and end dates, and, if a limit was set, the remaining number of uses.
